Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • FleetFinder Recruitment Platform
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FleetFinder web platform, driver recruitment portal, or carrier network services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our driver matching and carrier recruitment services.
2. Driver Applicant Representations
Drivers submitting job applications through our platform warrant that all provided information—including CDL license status, employment and driving history, years of experience, and contact details—is truthful, accurate, and current. Any misrepresentation of qualifications, safety records, or legal standing may result in immediate disqualification from our carrier placement network and permanent ban from the platform.
3. Carrier Partner Obligations
Carrier partners utilizing the FleetFinder network agree to provide accurate and legally compliant job listings, transparent pay rate breakdowns (including CPM, guaranteed weekly gross, and tax classifications), and strict adherence to all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) safety and labor standards. FleetFinder reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate carrier listings that violate our transparency and safety guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, database architectures, user interface components, proprietary matching algorithms, graphics, and trademarks featured on the FleetFinder platform are the exclusive intellectual property of FleetFinder Inc. Unauthorized copying, data scraping, reverse engineering, or redistribution of any platform elements without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.
5. Limitation of Liability
FleetFinder operates strictly as an independent recruitment and matching platform. We are not a direct employer, motor carrier, or freight broker. FleetFinder assumes no liability for dispatch disputes, independent contractor misclassifications, employment agreement terms, compensation issues, or operational occurrences between drivers and third-party carriers. All hiring decisions and contractual agreements are solely between the driver and the hiring carrier.
6. No Warranties & Indemnification
The FleetFinder platform is provided on an strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. By using this service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FleetFinder Inc., its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your interactions with third-party carriers or drivers, or any violation of these Terms.
